Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the platform operated under the brand banoc by BULWARK INNOVATION PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags

Products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective:

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)


3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return request:

  • Contact us at support@gobanoc.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share order details and supporting images/videos (where applicable)

Once the return request is approved, pickup or return instructions will be communicated.

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.


4. REFUNDS

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.


6. CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


7. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If you receive a package that appears tampered with:

  • Do not accept delivery

  • Notify our support team immediately

Failure to report such issues at the time of delivery may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.


8. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures in return or refund processing due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
